I ordered from shopsunridgefarms.com because I thought the ingredients would be simple and on the healthier side. Isn’t that kind of the impression you get when a site looks all clean and natural?
Once I actually checked the bags, though, I noticed some items had more sugar and salt than I was expecting. Maybe I should’ve read every label more carefully, but who wants to feel like they need to investigate snacks before buying them?
The taste was fine, nothing terrible, but I was mainly buying them for better ingredients, not just regular snack food. If that was the whole reason I ordered, what’s the point? I probably won’t order again.

"Wrong items in my order"
Well... I ordered a few specific snacks from shopsunridgefarms.com, but when the box showed up, two of the items weren’t what I picked. One was a completely different flavor, and another item was just missing altogether.
I know mistakes happen, but it was frustrating since I bought everything for a trip. I ended up with stuff I didn’t really want and had to go buy replacements somewhere else.

"Not really what I expected"
I ordered a few snacks because I thought they’d be a little better quality. Like, maybe something simple and fresh. But honestly… not really. The dried fruit was way too sweet for me, almost candy-like, and the nuts just didn’t taste that fresh. I ended up checking the ingredients after trying them, and yeah, it wasn’t as clean or simple as I thought it would be. Maybe some people won’t mind, but for the price, I was disappointed. I don’t think I’d order these again.

I ordered from Sunridge Farms thinking the snacks would be something I’d enjoy, but based on how I remember similar snacks tasting, these just didn’t hit the mark for me. A few of them had that slightly stale taste, and overall they came across bland.
Maybe it’s just my taste, and I’m sure some people might like them, but I don’t think I’d order again. I kept trying to give them another chance, but I just didn’t feel like finishing most of it and ended up feeling like I wasted my money.

"Didn’t seem very fresh"
My order arrived, and honestly... a few items just tasted kind of old? Like they’d been sitting out or stored too long. I was expecting fresher stuff from a farm shop, so that was a letdown. Ended up throwing some of it away, disappointing overall.

I tried to return my order the whole thing has been way more stressful than it needed to be. Replies to my emails took days, and when they finally said the refund was on the way, I figured that would be the end of it. But I’m still waiting. To me, it just feels like they make the returns process harder than it should be. I wouldn’t order from them again.

I was hoping this would work for my diet, but there’s barely any allergy information listed, which makes it hard to feel confident ordering. Compared to other places I’ve used, where ingredients and allergens are much clearer, this was disappointing.

I emailed them a couple of times and never heard anything back. i’m frustrated and kind of regret buying from them in the first place. A simple reply would’ve gone a long way.

"Disappointed with the packaging"
I ordered this last week and was disappointed when it arrived a few days later. The box was bent up, and it didn’t seem like the items inside had much protection at all. By the time I opened it, one of the items looked crushed and messy. For what I paid, I expected a lot more care with the packaging. I probably won’t order again unless they improve how they ship things.

"Tired of surprise costs at checkout"
I’m getting tired of having to dig through every step just to figure out what something actually costs. The product pages didn’t make the final price clear, and then extra charges popped up later at checkout. By that point, I was already annoyed because it felt like I didn’t really know what I was agreeing to pay until the very end.

I tried placing an order twice, but almost everything I wanted was out of stock. It was frustrating because the items were still showing on the site, so I assumed they were available. Maybe I missed something, but that seems kind of misleading, right?

I was in a hurry when I opened the box, and the bag was already ripped open with snacks spilled everywhere. Everything was crushed up and tasted stale, so it was disappointing.

I kind of regret placing this order. It took way longer than I expected, and the whole process ended up being more frustrating than it should’ve been. By the time it finally arrived, it just didn’t feel worth the hassle. I don’t think I’d order from here again.

I ordered from SunRidge Farms expecting it to go out within a few days, but it felt like my order just sat there forever. The updates were barely coming in, so I kept having to check on it myself. By the time it finally arrived, I didn’t even need it anymore. Disappointing experience, and I don’t think I’d order again if shipping is going to be this slow.

I just wanted to reorder my usual snacks, but the subscription setup made it way more annoying than it needed to be. I kept running into little issues, and whenever I tried to get help, it felt like nobody really took ownership of the problem. I got passed around instead of someone just fixing it. Frustrating for something that should be simple.

"Barely Any Snack Options"
I was disappointed with the snack selection. There just wasn’t much to choose from, and I expected way more. What made it more annoying is it felt like they use little policy loopholes to justify not offering better options, even though customers are still paying the same. Just kind of frustrating overall.
